A little clarity.

A goal is something you want to achieve. A habit is something you repeat. Think of the goal as your destination, and the habit as the small step that gets you there.

Before you make room for Oneslice.

What is Oneslice?

Oneslice is a downloadable Windows productivity app. It turns natural speech into clean writing in compatible text fields and pairs that with a voice Assistant for questions, writing help, and supported everyday actions.

Where can I use dictation?

Place your cursor in a compatible desktop app or browser text field, activate your dictation shortcut, and speak. Oneslice types the result there. Compatibility can vary, particularly in security-restricted windows.

How is Assistant different?

Dictation cleans up the message you say. Assistant answers a question, drafts writing you request, or performs a supported action such as creating a reminder, setting a timer, starting a stopwatch, or adding a Scratchpad note. They have separate shortcuts. Assistant uses voice input and text responses.

Does it work offline?

AI dictation and Assistant use cloud processing and require an internet connection. Some local productivity data can remain available offline and sync when connectivity returns.

What context can Assistant use?

Eligible plans offer configurable recent-interaction and Scratchpad context. Enhanced can use supplied selected text and inspect the screen when your request needs it. Relevant context may be sent for AI processing according to the feature and settings you use.

How do plans differ?

Basic, Lite, Premium, and Professional plans offer different dictation allowances, Assistant turns, Dictionary capacity, history, and context features. Enhanced Assistant is available on eligible higher tiers and uses AI credits. Choose the level that fits the way you work.
